About Distinctive Leaf

We are a group of friends and colleagues that have collaborated in the Boulder, Colorado area for six years. While we have taken different roads to the Robison Law Group, a common denominator is our passion to work with start-ups, inventors, entrepreneurs, and established businesses and organizations to protect and commercialize their intellectual property. We have helped many businesses, non-profits, and research institutions secure property and innovations such as enterprise software, know-how, product and drug patent licenses, and trademarks. Through our combined experience in general and corporate counsel roles, we also offer expertise in business, tax, and employment law matters that confront cannabis businesses. We commonly serve as general counsel to participants in this field.

We share your belief that cannabis should be regulated responsibly. Please contact us directly to learn more about our firm and how we can help provide legal solutions in a complex, evolving environment.
